Plain English.

We collect what we need to send you an estimate and follow up on your job. Nothing more.
We do not sell your information. We never have. We never will.
If you submitted an estimate request, we’ll keep your contact info on file so we can reach you about your project, plus reasonable retention for tax and warranty records.
If you live in California, you have rights under CCPA/CPRA listed below. Exercising them won’t affect any quote or service.
To delete your data, call (619) 948-5781 or email through the contact form. Done within 30 days.

What we collect.

From you directly. Name, email, phone, project address, project description when you fill out the estimate form or call us.

Automatic. Standard server logs (IP, browser, page views), Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity for behavior insights. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies.

What we don’t collect. No financial accounts, no SSNs, no government IDs.

How we use it.

To prepare and send your estimate. To follow up on your job and warranty. To improve the website. To comply with the law. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models. We do not share it with marketers or advertisers.

California (CCPA / CPRA) rights.

Right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to opt out of sale or sharing (we don’t do either), right to non-discrimination. To exercise any of these, call (619) 948-5781 from your contact phone or email through the form. We respond within 45 days.

Data retention.

Estimate requests we didn’t book: 12 months, then deleted. Booked jobs: 7 years for tax and warranty records, then deleted. Marketing list (if you opted in): until you unsubscribe.

Cookies.

Functional cookies (preferences, session) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Clarity). You can disable them in your browser. The site will still work.

Children.

Our services are for adult property owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Security.

HTTPS everywhere. Hashed passwords. Limited admin access. We’re a small operation, which is part of why the surface area is small. If we ever have a breach affecting you, we’ll notify you under California law.
